Bravo Instruments Agreement and arrangement made by E-Mail with our representatives become legally valid only if approved in writing by us. Quotation & acceptance of orders are always without obligation. Deviations in the orders placed by the purchaser from our terms of delivery and payment shall not be binding for us if we have not expressed our consent in writing. We shall be permitted expressly and in all cases to correct eventual errors in offers and invoices at a later point in time.

About Shipment ,The goods shall always, regardless of route and transportation means, be shipped to the place of destination at the risk of the purchaser. Shipping charges, if not accruing to us in the case of freight paid FOB and CIF deliveries and also be depand on the shipper choice of cargo services, shall be borne by the purchaser unless, due to statutory regulations, the seller must bear traffic duties alone. Each product packed in polybag than according to international Carton Size Specified to Shipping Country and Customer requirements.

As we manufacture all items on specifically ordered for your choice so they can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Bravo Instruments, quality team checked each instruments proplery before packing, either we will accept returns and issue full credit on next order. We always welcome our customers, who got damage in shipping process. Please contact our customer service team via phone-call or e-mail to receive your return.

Delivery of Goods
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 – 45 days of your order.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.  All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

Note: All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
